Is Traffic Important To You?

What do you do to get traffic to your web site?  
The Answer.  Is something  that everyone needs to know.

 Here are some of the ways to get traffic.

If you have been on the web for the last 7 years and you have built lists of people that subscribe to your newsletters. You can send an auto responder message to your lists and tell them to go to your web site and look at the new information you have provided.  Or go to your web page and buy your latest product.

If you have thousands of Affiliates that are trying to sell your products, you can broadcast a message to them with the information you are selling and they will try to sell your product for a percentage of the sales price.

Most new people that are trying to sell affiliate products or a new product that they own. Try to sell their product by sending E mails to Safe Lists, or  Lists that they have purchased.
 
Most all free to use Safe Lists have huge numbers of people that have joined.  
The problem with sending E mail to these huge lists is that they can send E mail to you.

When you sign up for the Safe Lists they will tell you that you need to have two E mail addresses. 
One of the E mail addresses is for the Safe List Admin. to be able to contact you. 
The other E mail address they call the list address. 

They also tell you that you will get lots of E mail to the list address, and you may want to get an address that will allow you to delete the emails that go to the list address.

Almost every person that receives hundreds or even thousands of E mails deletes them without reading a single one.  
So how many people do you think reads the E mail that you sent to the Safe List?

What  about the purchased list that you spent good money for?  Very few of the purchased lists are exclusive leads. If they are exclusive you would have pay at lest $3 to $5 per lead. If you spend that much money you don't send an E mail, you have their phone number and you call them.

The purchased leads that you spend $20, or $30 per thousand to get are like throwing money away. The reason is the same leads have been sold to many other lead buyers. When the lead gets an E mail from you, they have in all probability received many other E mails from the other lead buyers.
So they delete your E mail. Just think about how many E mails you are receiving that are all trying to pitch you on the same opportunity.

Most people that are trying to make money on the Internet are looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

The day of sending out thousands of E mails is long past.

The people that are serious about making a living on the web are looking for good solid information that will teach them what they should be doing to make a living.

Trying to sell to random groups of people is a total waste of time. The smart people know what they are looking for and when they find it they will spend what is required to get it.

But they will only buy it after they have acquired the information that will allow them to make an informed decision.

They will more likely make that decision  to buy from the source that provided them with the information.

So the best way to find out how to make a living on the internet is to get the information you need from a source that is not trying to sell you something.
